In recent years, the success of China’s reform and opening up policy has enabled China to exchange political, economic and cultural interests with other countries in the world more and more frequently. Under such circumstances, tens of thousands of Chinese, both teachers and students at school or other members of the public, have come to realize the importance of learning foreign languages. The wave of learning foreign languages is higher year by year. Studying abroad is nothing new. However, during the process of foreign language learning, many learners only pay attention to the study of language itself, that is, pay attention to the intrinsic connection of language such as phonetics, vocabulary and grammar, ignoring the understanding of the social and cultural background reflected by the language. Therefore, we often encounter such a situation: when a Chinese with a high level of English speaks with a foreigner, the language is similar, his words are not speculative, the two are puzzled and even embarrassed.
