金属超塑成形工艺是近年来兴起的新工艺。该工艺对压力设备提出了新的要求。本文根据这项工艺特点,指出了超塑成形压力机应具有的基本性能,并在分析现有压力设备的基础上,提出了对国产油压机液压传动进行改进,扩充其工艺范围,使其适用于超塑成形工艺。在分析几种调速方案的基础上,提出了新的改进方案,经过试验研究改进了 YB32-100A 四柱万能液压机的液压传动,并成功地用于超塑成形工艺。预计本经验完全适用 Y_(32)、Y_(71)系列油压机的改进,使其能够用于超塑成形工艺。
Metal superplastic forming process is the rise of new technology in recent years. The process of pressure equipment made new requirements. Based on the characteristics of the process, this paper points out the basic properties of superplastic forming press. Based on the analysis of the existing pressure equipment, this paper proposes to improve the hydraulic transmission of domestic hydraulic press and expand the scope of the technology so that it can be applied to Superplastic forming process. Based on the analysis of several speed control schemes, a new improvement plan is put forward. The hydraulic drive of YB32-100A four-cylinder universal hydraulic press is improved through the experimental research and successfully used in the superplastic forming process. It is expected that this experience is fully applicable to the improvement of the Y_ (32), Y_ (71) series hydraulic machines so that they can be used in the superplastic forming process.
