本文对微型轴承采用无基准端面加工法的一些有关问题,进行了初步探讨。指出,在用这种加工方法时,套圈的滚道侧摆,端面跳动及沟道位置,都要受到有关因素的影响。对这些影响,文章利用示图,结合数学方法进行了分析,得出了它们之间对应关系的具体关系式。为消除各因素的影响。从工艺上采取了三点措施。文内简述了采用无基准端面加工法的优点,并说明了这种方法的可行性。附图5幅。
In this paper, some problems related to micro-bearings using non-reference face machining method are discussed.
