2010年初,我国西南五省遭遇了前所未有的特大旱情,部分地区旱情为百年一遇。千里江河断流,万顷良田龟裂,人畜饮水困难,春播受阻……针对旱情,中共中央、国务院高度关注,胡锦涛总书记、温家宝总理等中央领导同志多次作出重要批示,并亲临云南重旱区一线指导抗旱。一时间,举国上下都把目光投向了受灾地区,每一位中国人都在以自己的行动参与到抗旱的救灾行动中去。
In early 2010, the five southwestern provinces of China suffered an unprecedented severe drought. The drought in some areas was once in a hundred years. For the dry conditions, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council are paying close attention to the important instructions given by the central leading comrades of General Secretary Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao on several occasions and visit the Yunnan Drought Zone First-line guide drought. For a time, the whole nation turned its gaze on the disaster-stricken areas, and every Chinese person was participating in the drought relief work by his own actions.
