脑血管病(CVA)是一种常见病、多发病,其致病因素很多,而与家族因素明显相关者,报道不多。现将我院所见一家系三代10例脑血管病患者报告如下。先证者:女,51岁。急起头痛、头晕,2天后加重件恶心、呕吐,并且出现口角歪斜及右侧肢体无力而入院。查体:血压1/11kPa,神清语利,轻度右中枢性面瘫。右上肢肌力Ⅲ级,右下肢Ⅳ级,右巴氏征(+)。头颅CT 示左顶深部腔隙性梗塞。否认高血压、冠心病、糖尿病及外伤史,家族三代成员中有类似患者10人,与先证者的关系及其简要病史见附表。讨论遗传因素在高血压病发病上的作用已被公认,但其遗传方式却有不同见解。目前,多数学者认为属多基因遗传,遗传与环境决定了高血压病的发生与发展变化。流行病学研究认为,脑血管病患者其父母死于脑血管病者比对照组高4倍。本家系三代中均有发病患者。先证者父辈6人患脑血管病,其中男、女各3人;同辈中也有3人患病。显然,本家系脑血管病具有明显的易感性、多发性。10例患者中9人有高血压病史,亦说明与遗传因素有关。因此,进一步探讨此类患
