用鱼肝油丸治疗急性期脑梗塞患者24例.用药前后分别测定其血清MDA和SOD水平。结果显示,鱼肝油治疗后的血清MDA含量较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01).而SOD含量治疗前后无明显变化。提示鱼肝油具有清除自由基和抗脂质过氧化作用,而对SOD活性无影响。
24 cases of acute cerebral infarction were treated with cod liver oil pills, serum MDA and SOD levels were measured before and after treatment. The results showed that the content of serum MDA in fish oil liver oil decreased significantly after treatment (P <0.01), while the content of SOD did not change before and after treatment. Tip cod liver oil with free radical scavenging and anti-lipid peroxidation, but no effect on SOD activity.
