中国实验快堆(CEFR)首炉燃料从俄罗斯进口,国产MOX燃料组件的国产化以及一些快堆科研工作的开展,需要依托CEFR进行辐照试验,一炉燃料在时间上不能满足要求,因此决定从俄罗斯再采购两炉燃料组件(含控制棒组件)。合同已于2012年底签订,生产单位为俄罗斯开放式股份公司“机械制造厂”(OAO MCЗ),中国原子能科学研究院负责燃料的监造。2013年,根据中、俄双方确定的制造质量计划,快堆研究设计所先后组织了3个监造团赴俄
The first furnace fuel of China Experimental Fast Reactor (CEFR) was imported from Russia. The localization of domestic MOX fuel assemblies and the development of some fast reactor scientific research needed to be carried out by CEFR for irradiation test. One furnace fuel could not meet the requirements in time and therefore decided Re-purchase of two furnace fuel assemblies (including control rod assemblies) from Russia. The contract was signed at the end of 2012. The production units are OAO MCICS, the Russian open joint stock company, and China Institute of Atomic Energy responsible for the supervision of fuel. In 2013, according to the manufacturing quality plan agreed upon by both China and Russia, the Fast Reactor Design Institute organized three monitoring missions to Russia
