目的了解甘州区城区医疗机构消毒状况,为提高消毒质量提供依据。方法对辖区城区医疗机构使用中消毒液、接触皮肤的医疗用品、物体表面、医护人员手进行菌落总数监测、紫外线灯管进行紫外线幅照强度监测。结果五年共监测各类消毒样品2337件,合格率89.3%。2008年-2012年消毒样品监测合格率依次为77.0%、88.2%、91.6%、94.2%、87.9%。结论该区城区医疗机构消毒质量在逐年上升的同时有下滑趋势,需查找原因,加强督导。
Objective To understand the disinfection status of medical institutions in Ganzhou district and provide the basis for improving the quality of disinfection. Methods The total number of colonies in the area of medical institutions in the use of disinfectant, contact with the skin of medical supplies, the surface of objects, medical staff to monitor the UV lamp UV intensity monitoring. Results A total of 2337 samples of various disinfection samples were monitored in five years, with a pass rate of 89.3%. From 2008 to 2012, the passing rate of disinfection samples was 77.0%, 88.2%, 91.6%, 94.2% and 87.9% respectively. Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions in this district is declining year by year while it is on the rise. It is necessary to find out the reasons and strengthen supervision.
