(一九九○年四月十七日第一次会员代表大会通过)第一章总则第一条中国锅炉压力容器检验协会(以下简称协会),是中国锅炉压力容器检验机构和检验师的全国性联合组织,是依据法律程序和本章程的原则组建起来并具有独立的社团法人资格的行业性民间团体组织。第二条协会的业务受政府部门的指导,以严格执行法规、确保榆验质量、恪守公正原则、服务安全生产、促进技术进步、维护国家利益、充分尊重并努力维护会员的正当要求及合法权益
(Adopted at the First Congress of Members on April 17, 1990) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The China Association of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) is the national boiler and pressure vessel inspection agency and inspector in China Sexual Federation, is based on the legal procedures and the constitution of the principles set up and has an independent corporate legal personality of civil society organizations. Article 2 The business of the association shall be guided by government departments to strictly enforce the laws and regulations, ensure the quality of inspection, abide by the principle of fairness, serve for safety production, promote technological progress, safeguard national interests, fully respect and strive to safeguard the legitimate demands and legitimate rights and interests of members
