近一年来,棱镜门事件的持续发酵让各界对信息安全的关注不断升温,“自主可控、安全可靠”越来越成为国家、政府和企业用户的关键需求。1月15日,《纽约时报》曝光美国国安局“量子”项目,国安局将一种秘密技术成功植入没有联网的电脑,能够对其进行监视数据,甚至更改数据,这一技术自2008年就开始使用,最重要的监控对象便是中国军方。随着信息技术的不断发展和信息化手段的快速普及,信息成为继陆、海、空、天之后的“第五维战场”。可以肯定,今后来自外国政府以及其他组织机构的信息攻击还将呈现增长态势。
