一个人的健康成长既要发展其智力因素,同时也要发展其非智力因素。在新课程理念的引导下,教师在语文教学中不但要夯实“双基”教育,还要树立学生的自信心,培养其广泛的兴趣和强烈的求知欲。课堂上,教师要根据不同的课型,采用各种教学手段,激发学生的学习动力,养成良好的学习习惯,让学生在学习知识的过程中学会自主学习,以发展非智力因素来促进智力发展,使学生的学习能力得到质的飞跃。
