目的探讨5%咪喹莫特乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法 71例扁平疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组36例每晚外涂5%咪喹莫特乳膏,对照组35例每晚外涂0.1%维A酸乳膏,两组同时肌注卡介菌多糖核酸,6周为一疗程。结果治疗组痊愈率和有效率分别为61.1%和66.7%,对照组分别为25.7%和40.0%,两者差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 5%咪喹莫特乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣具有较好的效果。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of 5% imiquimod cream combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection in the treatment of flat warts. Methods 71 patients with flat warts were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Thirty-six patients in the treatment group were treated with 5% imiquimod cream every night, and 35 patients in the control group were treated with 0.1% Victoria A acid cream nightly. The two groups were simultaneously intramuscularly administered with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid for 6 weeks. Results The cure rate and effective rate were 61.1% and 66.7% in the treatment group and 25.7% and 40.0% in the control group, respectively (all P <0.05). Conclusion 5% imiquimod cream combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid treatment of flat warts have good results.
