本工作对蓖麻油/甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)/甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)形成的预聚体和不同的活性稀释剂以不同的光敏剂在紫外光照射下的产物进行了红外光谱和力学性能的测定。结果表明:该体系能形成很好的网络聚合物。所有的产品不仅透明度高,而且都具有一定的机械强度,但仍具有两相结构。
In this work, the products of castor oil / toluene diisocyanate (TDI) / hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA) and different reactive diluents with different photosensitizers under UV irradiation were characterized by IR spectra and Determination of mechanical properties. The results show that the system can form a good network of polymers. All products are not only highly transparent, but also have a certain mechanical strength, but still have a two-phase structure.
