[目的]观察参麦注射液联合葡萄糖治疗糖尿病并发低血糖疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对72例住院患者5%葡萄糖注射液250m L+参麦注射液40m L,1次/d,静滴;快速重复使用,并停用降糖药物,血糖纠正后再用。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血糖、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈50例,显效12例,有效10例,无效0例,总有效率100%。[结论]参麦注射液联合葡萄糖治疗糖尿病并发低血糖,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Shenmai injection combined with glucose in the treatment of diabetes with hypoglycemia. [Methods] Using prospective design method, 72 inpatients were treated with 5% dextrose injection 250ml + Shenmai injection 40ml, once a day for intravenous infusion, fast reusing and stopping the hypoglycemic drugs, Reuse. Continuous treatment 7d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, blood sugar, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Result] Fifty cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases effective, 0 ineffective and the total effective rate was 100%. [Conclusion] Shenmai injection combined with glucose in the treatment of diabetes complicated with hypoglycemia, with satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, is worth promoting.
