一个国家是否是集邮强国,不是自封的,是以客观事实为基础的。一个集邮强国,必须拥有能够表明其“强”的各种事实。认定一个集邮强国,国际上并没有成文的统一标准,也无法加以量化。集邮在世界各国普遍存在,有多少国家称得上是集邮强国,谁也说不清。尽管如此,任何人也无法否认集邮强国的存在。了解一下西班牙的集邮现状,也许有助于我们对什么是集邮强国的理解,相比之下,感悟到我们的不足。
Whether a country is a philatelic country, not a self-styled, is based on objective facts. A philatelic country must have all the facts that can show its “strength.” To identify a philatelic country as a strong nation does not have a uniform standard of writing and can not be quantified internationally. Philately is ubiquitous in all countries in the world. How many countries can be called a philatelic country, no one can tell. However, no one can deny the existence of a philatelic country. Knowing the status of philatelic in Spain may help us to understand what is a philately strong country and, in contrast, realize our inadequacies.
