The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between forests and water, and to explore the hydrological benefits of alpine virgin forests. Through the measurement of rainfall, canopy interception of fir forest, water storage capacity of moss and litter layer, soil water content, evapotranspiration of soil and vegetation, and comparative analysis of the flow of two small catchment areas , Clarified the role of the alpine pristine forests in the area to regulate and conserve water. At the same time, the experimental study also provides the scientific data for hydrology for the rational management, development and utilization of forestry in the area.
