检察机关支持起诉作为民行检察中一项新的业务在全国检察系统实施得有声有色,每年全国检察院办理的支持起诉案件数量是相当可观的,但是遇到的问题也是非常多的。其中,检察机关办理的支持起诉案件范围有哪些,这一问题广大民行干警进行了深刻的思考,但是认识不一。本文结合实践办案经验,将检察机关支持起诉的案件范围分为四大类,每一类都有各自的特点,该划分对于检察机关受理支持起诉案件能够起到帮助的作用。
Procuratorial support as a prosecutorial Procuratorial Procuratorate in a new business in the prosecution system is impressive, the number of prosecution cases handled by the national prosecutor’s office each year is considerable, but the problems encountered are also very large. Based on the experience of handling cases, this paper divides the scope of prosecution support cases into four categories, each with its own characteristics.
