随着我国社会主义市场经济体制改革的不断深入,我国外贸企业逐步向集团化、国际化、实业化和多元化的方向迈进。财务管理作为现代企业管理的一个重要环节,在日趋激烈的市场竞争环境下将发挥着愈发重要的作用。通过调查我们发现,当前外贸企业尤其是国有外贸企业,财务管理工作在很多方面仍沿袭计划经济体制下的不合理做法,仅仅把财务管理当作普通的会计工作,严重制约了现代财务管理在企业中的应用,成为企业发展的一个瓶颈。为此,下文拟就如何让财务管理在外贸企业中发挥应有作用, 结合现有资料进行分析与阐述。
