杭州杭徽绕城高速公路留下至汪家埠段高架桥钻孔嵌岩桩,设计单桩竖向容许承载力为5 000KN,容许沉降量5mm。本文根据初勘、详勘和施工勘察成果,对绕城高速公路区的岩溶发育条件及分布规律和嵌岩桩工程地质问题及施工措施作了阐述。勘探孔按一桩一孔或一墩一孔布置,孔深一般35~40m,最深54m,穿透岩溶洞穴进入弱风化完整灰岩8~10m终孔。嵌岩桩桩底最大直径1.5m,嵌入弱风化完整灰岩1.5m。
Hangzhou Hangzhou-Huizhou Expressway left to Wangjiabu viaduct section of rock-socketed piles, vertical design allowable bearing capacity of 5 000KN, allowable settlement of 5mm. Based on the results of preliminary survey, detailed survey and construction survey, this paper elaborates the karst development conditions and distribution rules and the engineering geological problems and construction measures of rock-fill piles around the expressway in the city. The exploration hole is arranged by a hole or a pier. The hole depth is generally 35-40m and the deepest is 54m. The hole penetrates into the karst cave and enters the final hole of 8-10m of weakly weathered complete limestone. The maximum diameter of rock-socketed pile bottom is 1.5m, and embed weathered weathered intact limestone 1.5m.
