微量元素(Trace Element)简称TE,在人体内含量甚微,但对人体很重要。它在眼的生理、病理中的作用(尤以铜、铁、锌元素)已经动物实验证实,并开始用于人类眼病的探讨。但目前关于眼的微量元素的研究多侧重于晶体,而对眼内液中微量元素量与眼的生理和病理之间关系的研究甚少。为探索某些眼病与玻璃体的TE 含量的关系,我们应用三电极直流等离子体原子发射光电直读光谱仪(3DCP—AES)和原子吸收 Trace Element (Trace Element) referred to as TE, in the human body content is very small, but very important to the human body.
