图形视网膜电流图(pattern-reversal electroretino-grams, P-ERG)作为一种局部视网膜电图的检测法,可用以记录黄斑部小范围的电活动。现已证实此电位来自神经节细胞。图形视诱发电位(pattern visual evoked Potential P-VEP)用来估计黄斑区中心凹细胞和神经纤维性质,作为形觉神经元功能状态的客观指标。其主波P_1主要来自枕叶Brodman17区。近来在儿童弱视的检查和诊断中它们显示了较大优越性。现将我们对部分弱视儿童的P-ERG和P-VEP检查结果分析报道如下。
Pattern-reversal electroretino-grams (P-ERG) is a local electroretinography test that can be used to record small-scale electrical activity in the macula. It has been confirmed that this potential comes from ganglion cells. The pattern visual evoked potential P-VEP is used to estimate the properties of the foveal cells and nerve fibers in the macula as an objective indicator of the functional status of the neurons in the shape of the curve. The main wave P_1 mainly from the occipital Brodman17 area. They have recently shown greater superiority in the examination and diagnosis of children with amblyopia. We now report on P-ERG and P-VEP findings in some children with amblyopia are reported below.
