目的:了解小学生对健康知识的认知情况和卫生习惯形成情况,方法:在泰安市的6个县区内分层随机抽取624名小学生,采用统一问卷进行调查,每个学生回答12个健康知识题和5个卫生习惯题。结果:小学生对健康知识题回答正确率平均为92.8%,根据正确率的大小将12个问题回答情况分成5个等级,各等级间正确率有显著性差别(P<0.05)。5种卫生习惯形成率平均为94.45%。结论:发现小学生健康知识认知情况与当地经济发展水平有密切关系,经济发达地区显著高于经济落后地区(P<0.05)。
Objectives: To understand the primary school students' cognition of health knowledge and the formation of hygiene habits. Methods: 624 primary school students were stratified randomly in 6 districts and districts of Tai'an City, and were surveyed by unified questionnaire. Each student answered 12 health knowledge Question and five health habits topics. Results: The average correct rate of primary school students answering questions about health knowledge was 92.8%. According to the correct rate, 12 questions were divided into 5 grades. There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between correct grades. The average rate of five kinds of hygiene habits was 94.45%. Conclusion: It is found that there is a close relationship between the cognitive status of primary school students' health knowledge and the level of local economic development. The economically developed areas are significantly higher than those in economically backward areas (P <0.05).
