目的:通过观察莫匹罗星生物降解膜对实验性皮肤溃疡动物模型的疗效及安全性考察,为临床上应用莫匹罗星生物降解膜治疗皮肤溃疡提供实验依据。方法:以甲壳胺为基本膜材混合交联剂制成可降解缓释药膜,设计家兔、大鼠实验性溃疡模型,分别对其药效、刺激性、生物相容性及降解性进行考察。结果:(1)实验组溃疡面收缩效果最好,愈合时间最短,对照组次之,空白组更次。(2)观察48h后,大鼠除伤口局部略红外亦无肿胀和血迹。(3)动物实验表明,该贴膜具有良好的组织相容性,在生物体内可完全生物降解。结论:该贴膜可促进家兔皮肤溃疡愈合,对组织无刺激性,具有良好的生物相容性与降解性。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety of mupirocin biodegradable film on animal model of experimental skin ulcer, and to provide experimental evidence for the clinical application of mupirocin biodegradable film in the treatment of skin ulcer. Methods: A biodegradable and sustained-release membrane was prepared by mixing chitosan with a basic membrane material. Experimental rabbits and rats were established to establish a model of experimental ulcer. The efficacy, irritation, biocompatibility and degradability of the model were studied respectively Inspected Results: (1) The experimental group had the best ulcer surface contraction effect, the shortest healing time, the control group followed by the blank group. (2) After 48h observation, there was no swelling and bloodstain in the rats except for the slight erythema in the wound. (3) Animal experiments show that the film has good histocompatibility, can be completely biodegradable in vivo. Conclusion: The film can promote healing of skin ulcers in rabbits, non-irritating to the tissue, and has good biocompatibility and degradability.
