酶处理对粉单竹SCMP纤维表面化学成分影响

采用X射线电子能谱(XPS)分析了生物酶处理前后粉单竹磺化化学机械浆(SCMP)纤维表面化学成分的变化,探讨了生物酶预处理改善其漂白性能和白度稳定性的原因。结果表明,SCMP纤维表面的O/C比为0.40,57.45%和7.57%的纤维表面被木素和抽出物所覆盖;经脂肪酶、果胶酶处理后,其O/C比分别为0.43和0.41,纤维表面木素的含量分别为66.40%和68.41%,抽出物的含量分别为3.05%和2.03%;而经漆酶处理后其纤维表面的O/C比为0.24,且纤维表面几乎完全被木素所覆盖。说明通过脂肪酶、果胶酶和漆酶处理可以去除SCMP纤维表面的抽出物,使纤维表面暴露出更多的木素,从而提高其可漂性。 The changes of the chemical composition of the surface of SFM fibers before and after the enzyme treatment were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and the reasons for the improvement of the bleaching properties and whiteness stability of the fibers by the pretreatment of the enzyme were discussed . The results showed that the O / C ratios of SCMP fibers were 0.40, 57.45% and 7.57%, respectively, covered by lignin and extractives. The O / C ratios of lipase and pectinase treatments were 0.43 and 0.43, respectively 0.41.
