目的 :了解脉络宁注射液对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法 :早期糖尿病肾病患者 136例 ,随机分为常规治疗组 (R1 ) 5 0例和脉络宁治疗组 (R2 ) 86例 ,治疗 3周 ,用放射免疫法和酶联免疫吸附法分别测定糖尿病肾病患者药物治疗前后血内皮素 1(ET 1) ,2 4h尿白蛋白排泄率 (uAER)和血小板颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 140 )、6 酮前列环素 (6 keto PGF1α)及血栓素B2 (TXB2 ) ,并选择 2 6例健康人为对照组 (N)。结果 :糖尿病肾病患者血浆ET 1、GMP 140、TXB2 水平显著高于正常人 ,而 6 keto PGF1α则低于正常人。R1 组治疗后血ET 1水平降低 ,GMP 140、TXB2 及 6 Keto PGF1α,2 4huAER无改变 ,R2 组治疗后ET 1、GMP 140、TXB2 和uAER显著降低。结论 :糖尿病肾病的发生和发展可能与血浆内皮素水平改变和血小板功能的改变有关 ,脉络宁可改善早期糖尿病肾病患者血浆内皮素和血小板功能。
Objective: To understand the curative effect of Mailuoning injection on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 136 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into routine treatment group (R1) 50 cases and Mailuoning treatment group (R2) 86 cases for 3 weeks. Radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to detect diabetic nephropathy The levels of endothelin 1 (ET 1), 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate (uAER), GMP 140, 6 keto PGF 1α and TXB2 in patients before and after drug treatment, , And 26 healthy controls were selected as control group (N). Results: The levels of plasma ET 1, GMP 140 and TXB2 in patients with diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher than those in normal people, while those in 6 keto PGF1α were lower than those in normal people. ET1, ET1, GMP140, TXB2 and uAER in group R2 were significantly lower than those in group R2 after treatment. The levels of ET1, GMP140, TXB2 and 6 Keto PGF1alpha and 24huAER were not changed in R1 group. Conclusion: The occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy may be related to the change of plasma endothelin level and the change of platelet function. Mailuoning can improve the plasma endothelin and platelet function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
