“三讲”就是讲学习、讲政治。讲正气。“三讲”对思想政治工作具有现实的意义。讲学习是做好思想政治工作的前提基础，讲政治是做好思想政治工作的根本保证，讲正气是做好思想政治工作的有效途径。
“Three stresses” means to learn and politics. Righteousness. “Three stresses” has realistic significance to ideological and political work. To stress study is the prerequisite basis for ideological and political work. To speak of politics is the fundamental guarantee for doing a good job of ideological and political work. To say that justness is an effective way to do ideological and political work well.
