混龄教育对儿童和教师来说有着非常重要的价值,《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》中提出要珍视游戏和生活的独特价值。而混龄游戏是混龄教育的重要组织形式之一,因此笔者以自己所在幼儿园实行的混龄游戏为例,从实施混龄游戏带给孩子社会性、认知和情感等方面发展的价值,幼儿园实践操作的具体方式方法以及在混龄游戏中教师的角色定位展开阐述,并对未来混龄游戏继续开展进行了深思。
Mixed-age education is of great value to children and teachers and the Guide to Learning and Development for 3-6-year-olds sets out to value the unique values of play and life. The mixed-age game is one of the important forms of mixed-age education. Therefore, the author takes the mixed-age game practiced by his own kindergarten as an example, and from the development of mixed-play games to bring social, cognitive and emotional values to children, Kindergarten practice the specific ways and means as well as the role of teachers in mixed-age games to explain the role of positioning, and the future of mixed-race games to carry forward the ongoing thought.
