在与会113位代表的真诚合作下,我们开了一次团结高效的会议。4天时间,我们顺利地召开了代表大会,成立大会和学术讨论会。在充分酝酿、协商的前提下,代表大会修改、审定了学术章程,采用无记名投票方式和等额选举的办法,选举产生了由86人组成的理事会,鼓掌通过了9名德高望众、学术造诣很深的同志为学会顾问。理事会选举产生了由21人组成的常务理事会、理事长、副理事长和秘书长。会上,由常委委托6位同志发起,分别成立了宏观研究、资源、区划、青年等4个专业委员会。同时,积极筹备遥感和系统工程专业委员会。经常委会讨论决定,设立了学会办事机构。学术部由李应中、石玉林、郭焕成、刘书楷负责;培训部由张仲威、龚绍文、张峰才负责;科普部
In the sincere cooperation of the 113 representatives of the participating countries, we held a united and efficient conference. In 4 days, we successfully convened congresses, foundations and symposiums. On the premise of full deliberation and consultation, the congress revise and validate the academic articles of association, adopted the secret balloting method and the equivalent election method, elected a council of 86 persons, and applauded and passed 9 high profile and academic Competent attainments as a consultant to learn.
