四川省水土保持重点治理工作,经过四年的艰苦奋战,初见成效。干部群众充分认识到治理水土流失的重要性和迫切性,在治理中坚持统一规划、立项管理、综合配套等方法,并坚持综合治理,讲求实效,狠抓坡改梯工程建设,收到了良好的社会、生态、经济效益,增强了农业后劲,为振兴山区经济,作出了贡献,为今后大规模地开展防治工作提供了经验。

The cadres and the masses have fully realized the importance and urgency of harnessing water and soil loss, adhered to such measures as unified planning, project management, and comprehensive support in their governance and insisted on comprehensive management and stressing practical results.
