知识经济是指以智力资源的占有、配置,知识的生产、分配、使用(消费)为重要因素的经济形态。它是以信息技术及其产业迅猛发展为标志的科技革命。它以高新技术产业为第一产业支柱,其发展的动力与灵魂在于创造力的竞争、创造性人才的竞争。作为发展中的大国,建立国家创新体系,造就一大批高水平的创造性人才,成为我们迎头赶上知识经济时代的基本条件。
Knowledge economy refers to the economic form that takes the possession and allocation of intellectual resources, the production, distribution and use (consumption) of knowledge as important factors. It is a revolution in science and technology marked by the rapid development of information technology and its industries. It takes high-tech industry as the pillar of the primary industry. The motivation and soul of its development lies in the competition for creativity and the competition for creative talents. As a big developing country, establishing a national innovation system and creating a large number of highly qualified creative talents have become the basic conditions for us to catch up with the era of knowledge-based economy.
