苹果新品种评介元帅系该品种种类较多.有烟红、五龙红、玫瑰红、锦丽等。烟台果科所最新选出的是华矮红.果实着色早.果肉白色,产量、品质极优.耐贮藏。共同特点是树体矮小紧凑.适于密植栽培.结果早.丰产,9月中旬成熟,果实着色好.五棱突出,单果重200—300克,是多数品种良好的授粉树。点评:①色泽都可达到全红(紫红或鲜红).但果形指数难达到1以上.五棱也达不到理想要求,无竞争力。②不耐贮藏。凡无冷库贮藏和无冷藏运输的地区,发展多了外销困难。③今后主要应发展耐贮藏的品种,或作授粉树栽植。
