MAF方案是治疗原发性肝癌常用化疗方案 ,因阿霉素 ( ADM)与丝裂霉素 ( MMC)均有较严重的骨髓毒性及消化道反应 ,两者合用易造成毒性相加 ,且 MMC能加重 ADM的心脏毒性。作者用博菜霉素 ( BLM)取代 MAF方案中的 MMC,组成 BAF方案 ,治疗中晚期原发性肝癌 ,现将结果报告如下。资料
