近二年来,我们对本组试制的合成药和部分中草药的抗肿瘤作用,做了筛选。现将筛选结果和我们的点滴体会报告如下,供参考。一、药液制备我们根据中草药所含的不同有效成份,采用了煎煮、浸渍、渗滤、水蒸气蒸馏、回流等提取方法。除此方法外,大部分中草药根据抗肿瘤中草药筛选样品制备,我们用醇、水两步,提取出样品,供做药物筛选。
