目的:探究上颌窦穿刺冲洗术治疗儿童鼻窦炎患者的护理体会。方法:随机选取我院于2016年1月-2016年12月收治的20例儿童鼻窦炎患儿进行分析研究,对其进行上颌窦穿刺冲洗术治疗的同时结合术前、术后的护理干预。结果:全部患儿的穿刺均成功且无任何不良反应。结论:在对鼻窦炎患儿进行上颌窦穿刺冲洗术治疗的同时结合有效的护理干预能够有效改善治疗效果,加快患儿的康复进程,在临床上具有广泛的推广价值。
Objective: To explore the nursing experience of patients with sinusitis in maxillary sinus puncture and irrigation. Methods: A total of 20 children with sinusitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly selected and analyzed. Combined with preoperative and postoperative nursing intervention, they were treated with maxillary sinus puncture and irrigation. Results: All children had successful puncture without any adverse reaction. Conclusion: The treatment of maxillary sinus puncture and flushing in children with sinusitis combined with effective nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment effect and speed up the rehabilitation process in children, which has a wide range of clinical promotion value.
