印尼是习近平主席提出建设“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的首倡地。曾经,基础设施落后极大地限制了这个国家的发展,就像印尼总统佐科所说,未来5年印尼要大兴基础设施建设,所需资金多达4900万亿印尼盾,而单靠国家预算开支只能筹得1500万亿印尼盾,必须依靠来自私企和其他各方的资金投入支持。而此时,中国企业对印尼基础设施建设的投资成为了这个亟待发展的国家有力的支持和动力,中企支持建设的电站便是其中的重要一环。
