目前不少酸洗、湿法冶炼厂房和主电室都在墙裙墙面上铺砌磁板的办法来解决防腐或满足室内无尘的要求。磁板用水玻璃耐酸胶泥粘贴和嵌缝时,墙裙墙面须先作一层沥青油毡隔离层,否则,会由于墙面的水泥砂浆或基层混凝土中的盐和碱性物质对水玻璃耐酸胶泥作用,使水玻璃耐酸胶泥结合层与基层之间出现酥松的粉状混合物,造成结合层大片脱落的现象;
