分层教学模式是在新课程改革因材施教的大背景下,在充分尊重学生的个体差异的前提下,针对不同类型、不同层次的学生实施的一种教学模式,它科学、恰当地在每一位学生的“最近发展区”进行针对性的教学与指导,让每一位学生都能在自身基础上得到相应的发展和提高,也就是常说的“跳一跳,够到桃”。而隐性分层教学是相对于传统显性分层提出的。隐性分层能够更好地保护学生的自尊心和学习积极性,从而更好地进行教学活动。对于初中数学课堂上的隐性分层教学进行了初步的探索和尝试,抛砖引玉。
The hierarchical teaching mode is a teaching mode that is implemented for students of different types and different levels under the premise of fully adhering to the individual differences of the students in accordance with their aptitude in the new curriculum reform. It is scientific and appropriate in every aspect. The hidden layered teaching is proposed with respect to the traditional explicit layering. Recessive stratification can better protect students’ self-esteem and learning enthusiasm so as to better conduct teaching activities. For the junior middle school mathematics class in the recessive layered teaching has carried on the preliminary exploration and the attempt, initiates the jade.
