研究了低盐度(盐度为10)条件下,室内养殖8月龄大黄鱼幼鱼的摄食、生长及存活率情况。低盐驯化30 d状态稳定后的8月龄大黄鱼幼鱼经8 h长途低盐度运输,养殖在盐度为10的室内半封闭循环水系统内,经5 d环境适应阶段和80 d饲料投喂阶段后,幼鱼平均体长由原来的5.31 cm变为8.36 cm,增长率为0.04 cm/d,平均体重由原来的2.59 g增加到8.50 g,增重率为0.07 g/d,存活率为70.5%。由于投喂饲料的单一性以及幼鱼的低摄食率,在一定程度上造成幼鱼生长缓慢。实验为在河口入海地区及沿海围垦的低盐度水域的大黄鱼养殖奠定了基础。研究亮点:首次在室内循环水系统养殖条件下,采用低盐咸水驯化养殖的方式研究了大黄鱼的摄食、生长与存活,探讨了大黄鱼淡化养殖的可能性,为我国的大黄鱼低盐度水域的推广养殖起到了积极作用。
The feeding, growth and survival rate of juvenile large-yellow-croaker juveniles cultured indoors under low salinity (salinity 10) were studied. After 30 days of low salt domestication, juvenile large-yellow cichlids of eight-month-old chickens were transported for 8 h long-distance low salinity culture in a semi-closed recirculating water system with a salinity of 10. After 5 d of environmental adaptation and 80 d of feed After feeding stage, the average body length of juvenile fish changed from 5.31 cm to 8.36 cm, the growth rate was 0.04 cm / d, the average body weight increased from 2.59 g to 8.50 g, and the weight gain rate was 0.07 g / d. The rate is 70.5%. Due to the unity of feeding diets and the low feeding rate of juveniles, juveniles grow to a certain extent. The experiment lays the foundation for the cultivation of large yellow croaker in the estuarine and reclaimed low salinity waters. Research highlights: Under the condition of indoor circulating water system culture for the first time, the feeding, growth and survival of large yellow croaker were studied by domestication culture of low salt saline water. The possibility of desalination of big yellow croaker was discussed. The degree of promotion of aquaculture has played a positive role.
