上海新阳发布公告,子公司上海新昇收到“极大规模集成电路制造装备及成套工艺”专项实施管理办公室下发的2015年度项目立项批复的通知,上海新昇获得中央财政补贴和地方财政补贴共计7.49亿元,分三年拨付,其中2015年获得3.31亿元。上海新昇为上海新阳的参股子公司,上海新阳的持股比例为38%。上海新昇于收到上述补助款项时计入递延收益,后期陆续收到的政府补贴均按此处理。上述补助款项将专门用于300mm半导体硅片
Shanghai Xinyang Announced that a subsidiary of Shanghai Xinsheng received a notice of approval of the 2015 project approval issued by the Office of Special Implementation Management for “VLSI Manufacturing Equipment and Complete Packages Technology”, and Shanghai Xinsheng received the subsidy from the central government and Local financial subsidies totaled 749 million yuan, appropriated in three years, of which 331 million won in 2015. Shanghai newly promoted Shanghai Xinyang’s shareholding subsidiary, Shanghai Xinyang’s stake of 38%. Shanghai Xinsheng shall be included in the deferred income upon receipt of the above subsidies, and the government subsidies successively received in the later period shall be dealt with accordingly.
