实施等第制评价并不只局限于评价本身,会涉及课程目标、教学行为、学习心理、发展水平等一系列因素,所以评价改革往往会牵一发动全身。上海在全面推进教育综合改革进程中,不断创新工作举措。新学期开始,本市小学中高年级语文、数学、英语也采用等第制评价,引起社会热议。从教育主管部门的角度看,我们试图将这项举措作为牵动整个课程教学改革的一个突破口,以此带动教育其他要素的改革。
The implementation of the evaluation system is not limited to the evaluation itself. It involves a series of factors such as the curriculum objectives, teaching behaviors, learning psychology and development level. Therefore, the evaluation reform often leads the whole body. Shanghai comprehensively promote the process of education reform, innovative work initiatives. Beginning of the new semester, the city primary and secondary high school language, mathematics, English also adopted the first system of evaluation, causing social hot debate. From the educational authorities’ point of view, we try to use this measure as a breakthrough that affects the entire teaching reform in order to stimulate the reform of other elements of education.
