采用肉毒杆菌毒素(BT)治疗29例半面痉挛患者。将1.25～5uBT(2.5u/0.1ml)注入抽搐的面肌中,每例注射点数2～17个,平均10.6个。注射后根据抽搐 次数和程度变化判断疗效。结果:注射后平均4.7日见效,94.7％的患者注射后症状缓解,73.7％抽搐频率显著减少,理想疗效平均持续12.6周,总有效时间平均18.2周。注射BT后46％患者发生副作用,常见者为
