所谓激励指的是一种能够有效调动学生积极新方法。当前,小学班级管理过程中普遍存在着差异化、区别化和针对化的现象,导致真正意义上能够感受到教师“激励”的学生数量是有限的,这也间接影响到一个优秀班集体的建立。基于此,本文以“小学班级管理工作中激励学生的有效方法”为主要研究对象,分别从四个方面阐释了具体的激励策略。笔者认为,在当前小学班级管理过程中,有效激励策略的运用将对培养学生自信心、从而以更加积极的状态促进学习产生非常重要的作用,而这也是本文所要研究的目的所在。
