1991年深秋,北京一家电影院,大型传记故事片《周恩来》正在上映。伴着深沉悲壮的音乐,周恩来总理清瘦矍烁的形象从银幕深处缓缓走来。观众席上有一位白发苍苍的老将军止不住热泪盈眶,思绪万千。影片所表现的那个历史时期,这位老将军曾经直接在周恩来总理的领导下做过许多工作,特别是那一场“解放”175个将军的重大斗争内幕,更是惊心动魄,扣人心弦……这位年逾古稀、离休在家的老将军,就是原中国人民解放军总政治部副主任由维新。
