介绍了一个新型的三维模糊调节器和相应的模糊关系阵自动生成软件,这种调节器调节灵敏,静态精度高,可以克服普遍二维模糊控制中常见的稳态继电器效应。文中详细给出了相应的软件结构和算法,以及应用该软件形成的一个以三维模糊调节器为串级调节器并引入反馈模糊控制的控制系统,仿真实验是以典型的工业金属热处理炉温度控制为对象,计算机仿真结果表明控制效果良好。
A new type of three-dimensional fuzzy controller and the corresponding software of fuzzy relation matrix generation are introduced. The regulator is sensitive to adjustment and has high static accuracy and can overcome the steady-state relay effect commonly found in general two-dimensional fuzzy control. The corresponding software structure and algorithm are given in detail in this paper. A control system based on fuzzy controller with cascade controller and feedback fuzzy control is introduced. The simulation experiment is based on typical industrial metal heat treatment furnace temperature control As object, computer simulation results show that the control effect is good.
