随着气相和液相色谱分析的发展,近年来国外对针叶树种单萜烯组分的研究有了较快的进展,并在一些树种的分类和林木遗传育种研究中得到了应用。我们初次分析鉴定了杉木(Cunninghamialanceolata(Lamb.)Hook.)、德昌杉木(C.unica Wang. et Liu.)树脂的萜烯组分。从多种途径证明了杉木树脂中的萜烯组分受遗传控制,可作遗传相关指标,用于遗传育种研究。一、杉木树脂的萜烯组分使用气相色谱分析杉木树脂的萜烯组分,在气相色谱图上显示出13种萜烯组分(见图)。采用光谱数据确认了七种主要萜烯化合物,用标样定性鉴定了四种萜烯化合物,已定性的化合物有:
With the development of gas chromatography and liquid chromatography, the research on monoterpenes of conifers in recent years has made rapid progress, and has been applied in the research of some species classification and tree genetic breeding. Our initial analysis identified the terpene components of the Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook., C.unica Wang. Et Liu. Resin. It has been proved from many ways that the terpene components in the Chinese fir resin are genetically controlled and can be used as genetic related indicators for genetic breeding research.
