目的:对伴发癫痫的病毒性脑炎患者的临床症状、影像学及脑电图表现进行分析探讨。方法:对我院2014年1月~2015年3月收治的31例伴发癫痫的脑膜炎患者作为研究对象,对患者的临床特征、影像及脑电图表现进行总结分析。结果:临床症状中全面强直-阵挛发作21例,部分性发作6例,颅脑MRI检查异常23例(74.19%),脑电图检查异常31例(100%)。结论:临床症状、影像学及脑电图表现对伴发病毒性癫痫的脑膜炎患者的诊断具有重要价值,能够为临床治疗提供有效依据。
Objective: To analyze the clinical symptoms, imaging and electroencephalogram of patients with viral encephalitis accompanied by epilepsy. Methods: Thirty-one patients with meningitis with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research object. The clinical features, imaging and EEG findings of the patients were analyzed. Results: Twenty - one cases of complete tonic - clonic seizure, 6 partial seizures, 23 craniocerebral MRI abnormalities (74.19%) and 31 abnormal electrocardiogram (EEG) were detected in clinical symptoms. Conclusion: The clinical symptoms, imaging and electroencephalographic findings are of great value in the diagnosis of meningitis in patients with viral epilepsy, which can provide an effective basis for clinical treatment.
