改革开放以来,我国的市场经济体系从草创到日趋成熟,致力于企业在产销规模、资产、利润、新市场或新产品等方面获得增长的一体化和多元化成长战略被大批成长性企业所选择,企业间的兼并和重组也就变得越来越频繁。通过重组、联合、并购等资本运作形式组建企业集团的行为不断增多,现已初步形成一批规模较大、实力较强的大型或特大型企业集团。然而,如何管理好企业集团、发展企业集团,如何保持企业集团持续发展能力,是现有多数企业集团所面临的重要课题。
