Integrating Traditional Reality and Establishing Educational Objectives In accordance with the tradition of the National High School Affiliated to the National Normal University and the country’s education policy, we propose to use ”full personality, high quality” as the educating goal of the secondary school of the Normal University. It not only insists on implementing the country’s education policy, but also emphasizes that talents must first become adults and cultivate students’ sound personality. To this end, our school concentrates on exploring the “full personality, high quality” talent training model. At the same time, our school has continuously strengthened its teaching staff.
