This report presents an experimental study on cluster structure in ~6Li and ~6He.The experiment was carried out with the primary beam of 79.3 MeV/u ~(12)C at RIBLL in May 2006.The secondary beam ~6Li and ~6He are selected by RIBLL and the secondary target is a Be foil of 1 mm.The produced light charge parti- cles from of the reactions of～55 MeV/u ~6Li and ~6He on the Be target have been detected by a CsI(TI)de-
