在全国少工委六届二次全委会上,教育部基础教育一司司长、全国少工委常务副主任高洪同志作了重要讲话。高洪司长阐述了两部分内容:一是义务教育改革发展面临的形势和任务,也是少先队工作的教育背景;二是关于少先队工作的思考。罗梅书记指出,高洪司长的讲话对于少先队工作者结合教育改革的发展,做好少先队工作有着很强的针对性和指导性。本期,我们摘选了高洪司长讲话中的部分内容,希望辅导员们能认真学习领会,并加以贯彻落实。
At the Second Plenary Session of the Sixth Working Committee of the National Work Committee, Gao Hong, director of the Basic Education Department of the Ministry of Education and Comrade Gao Hong, executive deputy director of the National Work Committee for Young Workers, made an important speech. Director Gao Hong elaborated two parts: First, the situation and tasks confronting the reform and development of compulsory education; it is also the educational background for the work of Young Pioneers; second, thinking about the work of Young Pioneers. Secretary Luo Mei pointed out that the speech of Director Gao Hong has a strong pertinence and guidance for the Young Pioneers workers to take into account the development of education reform and do a good job of pioneering young pioneers. In this issue, we excerpted part of the speech of Director Gao Hong. We hope counselors can earnestly study and understand and implement it.
